Tailored Life Coaching is a holistic and spiritual ministry for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Survivors. TLC caters to those on various different personal and spiritual paths and in various degrees in the healing process.TLC provides DV & SA Survivors access to life coaching services, in both personal and group settings, and both on-line and in person. Sessions are tailored to meet the needs of the person or group, provide materials and guidance in a self-help manner, and promote healing and self-growth in all aspects of a survivors life.
Life coaching is not counseling or therapy; or even advice. Counseling and therapy both look into the past and try to diagnose a problem then fix it and giving advice is basically telling someone else what they should do, instead of letting them figure it out.
But life coaching looks at the present and towards the future, by helping make goals that are attainable and then striving to reach those goals, with the help, encouragement and support of the coach.
